  2. Payments are mailed twice each month and all checks will come directly from IBill and are subject to their standard terms. All funds are paid by check in U.S. dollars.
  3. You may post as many links on your site as you wish. We prefer that you use our banners but you can make your own banner or use text links to generate traffic to our site.
  4. You may not include any reference to our web site in any unsolicited E-mail.
  5. The action of sending any hits from any urls which contain and or promote the following content programs or linking practices (child pornography, beastialty, warez, and spam e-mails.) will result in the immediate cancellation of the partnership account and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that partnership account.
  6. Sign-ups are registered by IBill, tampering will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution or civil litigation.
  7. Swinging U.S.A. will not be held responsible for any loss due to downtimes resulting from complications from hosting equipment or technical errors.
  8. You must notify us before or upon termination of changes of any information established in the account agreement.
